Mandava Associates deals with all 50 states in the union that regulates chemicals, pesticides and drugs under their own state legislative mandates. All states regulate chemicals including pesticides and implement federal regulations which set minimum standards. Some states, especially California, New York and Florida do independent evaluations to keep higher standards, and we assist clients in obtaining the registrations in these states. Mandava Associates has administrative interaction with:

      California Environmental Protection Agency (CAL/EPA)

    Chemicals including pesticides are regulated in California under various laws.

    Proposition 65: The Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 is intended to protect California citizens and the State's drinking water sources from chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm, and to inform citizens about exposures to such chemicals.

        We assist clients in matters related to health and safety evaluations and representing clients before the Office of Environmental Health and Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) on regulatory issues for chemicals subject to Proposition 65.
